Via Napoli sits in EPCOT's Italy pavilion and bakes its pizzas in three wood-burning ovens named for Italy's active volcanoes — Vesuvio, Etna, and Stromboli. The kitchen even treats its water to mirror the mineral content of Naples, which is what gives the dough its chew.

Pizzas come individual or as large pies made to share, alongside pasta, antipasti, and Italian classics. The room is big and bright, with a mural of the Bay of Naples overhead.
