How Disneyland dining reservations work
Disneyland dining reservations open 60 days ahead, at 6:00 AM Pacific. The hardest tables go within minutes, so most guests end up booking through a cancellation instead.
Blue Bayou, Napa Rose and Plaza Inn are the three hardest to get. Blue Bayou sells out months ahead, and its neighbor Café Orleans nearby is a useful alternative when it is not available.
Not everything takes reservations. Oga’s Cantina no longer accepts advance bookings, so there is nothing to reserve ahead and nothing an alert can watch.
Cancellations appear throughout the day, and it is especially worth checking as a date gets closer. They rarely last long, which is the whole reason alerts exist.
