Which is the best Fantasmic dining package at Disneyland?
The real difference is where you watch from.
With the premium package at River Belle Terrace, the show comes to your table. You keep a chair after dinner, which counts for a lot with small children or anyone who would rather not sit on the pavement.
The standard packages, sold at all three restaurants, give you a voucher for a reserved area that is separate from the restaurant. Disney’s viewing areas along the river are for sitting on the ground.
If a seat for the show matters, River Belle Terrace’s premium package is the one to watch. If it does not, any standard package gets you a reserved viewing area, and Rancho del Zocalo Restaurante’s costs the least.
How the reserved viewing area works
Vouchers are handed out at the restaurant during your meal, one for each person in your party.
Each voucher shows where your area is, when to arrive and which performance it covers. Disney does not seat early or late arrivals, so plan the walk from the restaurant.
A voucher is good for one showtime on the same day only. It cannot be exchanged, refunded or used another night.
On most show nights Fantasmic runs twice. The premium package at River Belle Terrace is tied to the first performance.
The areas are for sitting on the ground, and Disney offers accommodations there for guests with disabilities.

Planning your evening around the show
Choose a meal time that leaves room to finish, collect your vouchers and walk to the river before the arrival time printed on them.
Cafe Orleans is in New Orleans Square and River Belle Terrace looks out on the river. Ask a Cast Member if you need directions to your viewing area.
On fireworks nights, Disney suggests two ways to see both shows: Stay by the river for the fireworks straight after the first Fantasmic, or watch the fireworks elsewhere in the park and come back for the second performance.
The showtime on your voucher decides which of those works, so check it against the fireworks schedule.

Count the whole party
Every guest needs a package for a voucher, including children 3 and older. Set the alert for the full headcount, or you may book a table that leaves someone without a place for the show.
Keep watching close to your date
A canceled package goes back on sale without notice, so keep checking right up to your date.
