How to get Be Our Guest reservations at Disney World
Be Our Guest seats you in Beast's Castle for a three-course lunch or dinner. See when bookings open, why lunch is worth considering, and when last-minute tables tend to turn up.

Why Be Our Guest reservations are so difficult to get
Be Our Guest is Magic Kingdom's Beauty and the Beast restaurant, with three dining rooms Disney designed to immerse you in the film.
That makes Be Our Guest reservations popular, and every table also has to fit into a Magic Kingdom day.
If you miss your date when it first opens, though, the final few days are still worth watching closely.

What is Be Our Guest?
Be Our Guest Restaurant sits at the foot of Beast's Castle in Fantasyland, styled on the castle from the film.
You eat in one of three rooms: the Grand Ballroom under its domed ceiling and chandeliers, the Beast's West Wing study with the enchanted rose, or the Rose Gallery, where larger-than-life figures of Belle and Beast dance.
Lunch and dinner are both a three-course prix-fixe menu of French-inspired dishes. Disney does not serve breakfast here.
Because it's inside the park, you need valid admission for the day, plus a theme park reservation if your ticket type calls for one.
When Be Our Guest reservations open
Each date becomes bookable 60 days before it arrives.
Staying at a Disney Resort hotel changes the math. Hotel guests can book every night of their stay, up to 10, on the morning that falls 60 days before they check in.
So if your date lands near the end of someone's hotel stay, they may have reserved it days before it ever reached your 60-day mark.

What time new Be Our Guest dates appear
Each new date opens at around 6:00 AM Eastern.
Settle your party size the night before, and know whether lunch or dinner fits your Magic Kingdom day, so the booking takes one pass.
If your trip spans several park days, start with the one you're surest will be your Magic Kingdom day.
Why Be Our Guest reservations disappear so quickly
A few things stack up against anyone who books late.
Three rooms from one film
For Beauty and the Beast fans, eating in the Beast's castle is a destination in itself rather than a convenient lunch stop.
Every table needs a Magic Kingdom day
Unlike a resort restaurant, Be Our Guest only works on a day you plan to be inside Magic Kingdom, which narrows the dates many guests can use.
Hotel guests reach some dates first
Guests staying on property can book dates late in their stay before anyone else can see them, which thins out what is left on your first morning.
Can Be Our Guest reservations become available later?
Yes, and across Walt Disney World that's when most tables turn up.
Across the 10,000+ Walt Disney World dining openings we analyzed, 73% appeared in the final three days, and 48% on the reservation day itself.

Why tables open up again
Plans change as a trip gets closer, and some of those changes free up a table.
Be Our Guest also charges a per-person fee for late cancellations or no-shows, giving guests an incentive to release reservations they can no longer use.
Best strategies for getting Be Our Guest reservations
None of these guarantees a table, but each gives you more ways to find one.
Be ready around 6:00 AM when your date opens
It's your first chance at the date, unless a hotel guest's stay reached it first.
Treat lunch as a real option
Lunch uses the same three-course format in the same themed rooms, so you still get the full Be Our Guest experience.
Keep your Magic Kingdom day flexible
If your park days aren't fixed yet, watch every date you could spend at Magic Kingdom, then build the day around whichever table comes through.
A single Park Drop alert can cover up to seven days in a row.
Keep watching through the reservation day
Our data shows nearly half of the Walt Disney World dining openings we detected appeared on the reservation day itself.
Line up a Magic Kingdom backup
If Be Our Guest stays full, consider Skipper Canteen or Liberty Tree Tavern as alternative sit-down meals inside Magic Kingdom.
For something lighter, The Diamond Horseshoe in Liberty Square is running as a limited-time lounge with small plates and cocktails.
How an alert helps at Be Our Guest
Many last-minute openings appear while you're traveling or already in the park, when repeatedly checking Disney is least convenient.
Park Drop monitors Be Our Guest around the clock and sends Disney dining alerts by email and text the moment a matching table opens, with a direct link to book.
Set the alert for your party size and every date you could do, with a time window wide enough to take in lunch as well as dinner.
Be Our Guest lunch vs dinner
Both are three courses from a prix-fixe menu in the castle's themed rooms. Disney publishes separate lunch and dinner menus, so check both if a particular dish matters to you.
On the Disney Dining Plan, either one uses two table-service credits per person.
Children 9 and under get a three-course menu of their own at either meal.
The real difference is your day. Lunch leaves the evening free for the park, while dinner suits a day that starts late.
Getting Be Our Guest reservations without the stress
Missing Be Our Guest on day 60 doesn't mean you've missed it.
Book when your window opens if you can. If you miss out, keep lunch in play and keep watching through the final days — that's when our wider Disney World data shows most openings appear.
